Deal with Dad !!The NAME you KNOW and TRUST !! |
Dad's Do's and Don'ts Please ensure that all information submitted to Dad is truthful. Dad's Classic Cars will assume no liability for misrepresented information from the seller. Be complete and accurate when describing the vehicle. The buyer will be urged to and will have a chance to inspect the vehicle. Provide as much detail as possible. Remember, the more information you provide, the better the offers and final sale price will be. Please represent the car completely and honestly. You should point out both the good points and weaknesses of the vehicle. Dad will help you with the process of presenting the flaws in the best way possible as part of our service. Only provide information you know to be factual. Stay away from generalizations. These include, but are not limited to, "Perfect", "One Of A Kind", "Cherry", "Cream Puff", and "Mint Condition". These statements are hard to prove and are very interpretive. Once the reserve price has been met either through eBay or DadsClassicCars.com, you will be obligated to sell you vehicle. If you wish to change your reserve price, it must be done prior to the start of the listing. Once listed, the reserve price cannot be changed. Once you complete the Selling Agreement Form, you agree NOT to sell or trade the vehicle outside of Dad's Classic Cars for the duration of the listing plus ten (10) days. This insures Dad will have additional time to find a buyer if the reserve price is not met. Do not answer any areas of the Selling Agreement Form with "Off The Cuff" answers. Dad would rather you leave the form blank so that he may research and find the correct answer. This insures credibility for Dad as the selling agent. |
