Terms and Conditions

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Dad's and its licensors (including their respective licensors, suppliers, assignees, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and representatives of each of them) free and harmless from and against any liability, loss, injury (including injuries resulting in death), demand, action, cost, expense, or claim of any kind or character, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any use or possession by you of this "Listing".

Fees: You agree to the predetermined amount of 5% (five percent) commission above and beyond your requested reserve price. This commission will be paid for and collected from the purchaser of your vehicle. You also agree to the pre-paid amount of $100.00 for the initial listing cost.

Warranties: You understand that no guarantees are implied or expressed of performance. Dad cannot and will not guarantee the sale of your vehicle in any given time frame. The automotive industry is an ever changing world. A car that sells for $25000.00 this month may have been worth $30000.00 last month and vice versa.

Liability: You understand that Dad's Classic Cars is only a selling agent. As such, Dad's cannot and will not be liable for non paying and bogus bidders. While experienced enough to prevent them from being a factor in the sale of your vehicle, Dad cannot control bidders.

Reserve Price: Once the reserve price has been met either through eBay or DadsClassicCars.com, you will be obligated to sell you vehicle. If you wish to change your reserve price, it must be done prior to the start of the listing. Once listed, the reserve price cannot be changed.

Listing Period: Once you complete the Selling Agreement Form, you agree NOT to sell or trade the vehicle outside of Dad's Classic Cars for the duration of the listing plus ten (10) days. This insures Dad will have additional time to find a buyer if the reserve price is not met.

Understanding: You understand all the listing fees and commission fees for the service and agree to abide by this agreement.
